Depending on availability and occupancy, we can do early check in or late check out. We can also store your bags at the hotel reception.

Unfortunately, we cannot allow pets to enter any of our hotels, since we must comply with Law 9 of 1979, which is in force: “art 265 The presence of animals should not be allowed in areas where any activity is carried out in industrial establishments or commercial, related to food or beverages”.

Depending on the hotel we have different policies:

• Casa Passiflora Boutique Hotel in Jardin
  Yes we allow children. Children under 10 years of age do not have accommodation costs, but they do not have breakfast included either. Minors must carry an identity document that proves their relationship with their parents, in case of traveling with people other than their parents, they must present an authorization authenticated by a notary.
• Casa Bixa Hotel Boutique in Santa Fe de Antioquia:
  This hotel is only for people over 18 years old.
  The hotel is not designed for minors, due to the limitations that are required of us in common areas and the pool area.
• Casa Jacaranda Boutique Hotel and Casa Cedrela Boutique Hotel in Cauca Viejo, Jericó
  Both hotels are for people over 14 years old. The hotels facilities are not designed for small children, due to the demands that limit us with respect to the pool and other social areas.

If staying in any of our hotels that admits minores, they must carry an identity document that proves their relationship with their parents, in case of traveling with people other than their parents, they must present an authorization authenticated by a notary.

All our hotels have free parking service for guests.

At Casa Passiflora Hotel Boutique (Jardín) and Casa Bixa Hotel Boutique (Santa Fe de Antioquia), we have agreements with private parking lots near the hotel. To use this service, space must be reserved and is subject to availability.

At Casa Jacaranda Hotel Boutique and Casa Cedrela Boutique Hotel  (Cauca Viejo, Jericó) you can park on the street next to the hotel entrance (Cauca Viejo is a private property)

The guest can cancel and/or modify the reservation up to 10 days before the arrival date, be aware that with cancellations, the 30% initial guarantee payment is non-refundable. If you cancel or modify the reservation after the allowed time, 100% of the value of the accommodation will be charged. In case of modification, the reservation is subject to availability and change of rate for the new dates.

Holiday weekends and some high season dates may be subject to minimum night stay restrictions.

If you do not show up on the dates of your reservation, 100% of the value of the accommodation will be charged as a No Show.

We do not offer Day passes or day plan in any of our hotels, this in order to take care of the privacy and rest of our guests. The swimming pools, hydromassage bath and common areas are for the exclusive use of our guests.

The ÓLEO BISTRÓ restaurants in Jardín and Santa Fe de Antioquia are open to the public.

Our Restaurant at Casa Jacaranda Hotel Boutique and in Casa Cedrela Hotel Boutique in Cauca Viejo, Jericó is NOT open to the public, but depending on occupancy and availability, some exceptions can be made with a reservation previously authorized by management.

Breakfast is included in the rate of all our hotels.

In each hotel we have an à la carte restaurant with delicious and varied options for all tastes and budgets.

We do not recommend taking plans with all meals included, since some of the attractions of the destination include trying regional cuisine in other nearby places.

We can organize a plan with food included, but you must contact us to quote this option.

Each destination has different attractions, so at each hotel we can advise you and help you plan and book activities that catch your eye.

You can add special decoration to the room or to a restaurant table. See PLANS and OFFERS to know the options. If you require something specific, you can contact us to quote according to your needs.

In some hotels we have an agreement with masseuses in the area, who with prior reservation can visit us for a relaxing massage. The rate and type of massage varies according to the destination, availability and season.

Yes, we have WiFi at no additional cost throughout the hotel, more information at Reception.
