RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with the Law 1480 of 2011, when you make a reservation or purchase through our website eehoteles.com , you may exercise your Right of Withdrawal at the latest within five business days of the purchase confirmation. The right of withdrawal will not proceed for reservations whose entry date is before five days.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must send an email to [email protected] The refund will be made within 30 calendar days following the exercise of the withdrawal date, without deductions of any kind, by bank deposit in the name of the reservation holder or by reversion to the credit card used for the purchase, according to the method of payment used.

Important Note: Cancellation Policy DOES NOT APPLY for NON-REFUNDABLE

RESERVATION GUARANTEE POLICIES:

30% of the reservation value is charged at the time of booking, this value is NOT refundable. The remaining 70% must be paid 10 days before the arrival date.

RESERVATION CANCELLATION POLICIES:

The guest can cancel and/or modify the reservation up to 10 days before the arrival date, be aware that with cancellations, the 30% initial guarantee payment is non-refundable. If you cancel or modify the reservation after the allowed time, 100% of the value of the accommodation will be charged. In case of modification, the reservation is subject to availability and change of rate for the new dates.

– Holiday weekends and some high season dates may be subject to minimum night stay restrictions.

IN CASE OF NO SHOW:

If you do not show up on the dates of your reservation, 100% of the value of the accommodation will be charged as a No Show.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• Minors must carry an identification document that proves their parents relationship. If traveling with people other than their parents, they must present their authorization authenticated by a notary.
• All people to enter the hotel must register at the front desk, showing their original physical identification document.
• If visitors enter after 10:00 p.m. and until 7:00 a.m., other than the guests registered in the reservation, will be considered as additional guests and a value per person per night.

Note: The guests associated with a reservation cannot be modified after check-in, that is, if your reservation is for 2 people, only the owner of the reservation plus another additional person can register as part of the  reservation, if this second person registered leaves the hotel and the owner enters with a new companion, this will be considered as an additional third person in the reservation and if spending the night in the hotel, will be charged as an additional guest.  The reservation rate is valid for the number of people who initially made the reservation, any guest changes after check-in. , is charged as additional guest
